Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Can you take apart a bushy 10rd mag?

  I know bushmaster states that disassembling their post ban 10rd mags would destroy them,  I also heard that there is a way to do it safely and using a 20rd spring, turn it into a 15rd mag.  

  Is this possible?  and how exactly would you do it.  If possible,  list the process step by step

Welcome to the board.

Increasing the capacity of a post ban magazine past 10 rounds is a felony. Telling you how to do so would be conspiracy and a violation of board policy.
