I have only Orlites for the time being and some Colt 20's. I have never had any problem with them.

However I have had problems with feeding- I have had two jams in about 1,400 rounds using a combination of Wolf 55gr and S&B 55gr. However I looked at the base of the feed ramp cuts and it seems that the nose of the round hits just below the ramp.

Does this happen with all Orlites? Or can I safely smooth out this area with a rat tail file so the nose doesn't hit. It is only about 2mm below the actual feed ramp- so the tip hits then the round goes into the chamber, may be the rifle.
I know two jams is hardly any but any is more than none.

Thank you,
Creeper

Yor problem is most likely the Wolf and S&B ammo , not the Orlites.

Hear,Hear...

This is MUCH better ammo for about the same price.  Try some SA surplus and maybe some Premium stuff before you start chopping and grinding.

IMHO
