I just got my new gun and it came with ammo but i do not know which is the plinking ammo and which is the better ammo.  can ya advise accordingly

is one better than the other?  

The one on the left is a Lake City case that makes the mil-spec M193 and M855 rounds however the primer isn't sealed so it would not be mil-spec.  It is most likely remanufactured ammo.

The middle is probably the Walmart White Box (WWB) ammo that comes in 40rd value packs.  

The case on the right is Winchester as well, but is is most likely Q3131 or Q313A, which is pretty much the same as the Lake City M193 round.  It has a sealed primer and has the WCC stamp on it that gives it away.
