What are the Pros & Cons of using .223 55grain (Georgia Arms Canned Heat) vs 5.56 62 grain (RORG SS109) as plinking ammo? Both are priced the same at $170 per k.

Consider barrel twist/accuracy  (.....uh, am I missing something?)

I'd go for what ever was closest to my chosen SHTF load.

I would much prefer Radway Green over remanufactured ammo.
