Yesterday I came across a sealed olive drab colored tin of .233 ammo.  On the top of the tin is the following:

HUNTING CARTRIDGE
MIL SPEC
.223 REM
55 GR. FMJ L.C.B
580 ROUNDS

On the side is a backwards N14.  On another dise is 13.

Without opening the tin can anybody tell me what this may be?
