I came across some HSM ammo at a pretty good price at a local gun shop, but I've never heard of them before. I usually use the feedback from here to determine what ammo I may try, but I couldn't find anything on this company.

A buddy of mine says that he's used it before and it was pretty good stuff, but then again he's got a new BM Carbon-15 that he can get to cycle Olympic junk and I get a malfunction from that crap every two rounds.

Has anyone here used their ammo? Any feedback would be great.

It ran fine for me. I shot probably 800 rounds of it.

We here in WA shoot a lot of it, any problems are few and far between.

Our local price last month was $150/1000 out the door.

I use it for blasting ammo. They are reloads with nice clean brass. Over 2000 rnds used so far with no problems, most of it down an M4 with an H buffer and a few hundred down a midlength. I have found one with a crunched neck though that wouldn't have chambered.
