That's the problem, you have absolutely no way of knowing. There are quite a few photo's of blown up guns online, blown up by no name reloads, usually from a gun show, but sometimes they came from a range or dealer.

Georgia Arms canned heat is only about 50 fps slower than milspec M193 ammo so, YES, it's a little hotter than saami .223 ammo |
