Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - BH 68gr. vs. 75gr. In a 1:7?

Looking at the fragmentation table, there seems to be very little difference between these two in the 16" platform I have in mind.  My new no-ban upper will be a cmmg 1:7, so I can now handle each.  I already have a fairly large stock of the 68gr., because I used to only have a 1:9. Does it seem worth it to ressupply with 75gr.? How much difference do these two even have terminally?
