Actually, Barnual ammo tends to be both loaded hotter and more consistant than Wolf/Tula ammo.  But their .223 ammo uses (copper-plated) steel bullet jackets whereas Wolf uses guilding metal (copper alloy) jackets, which most folks prefer.  Neither will fragment, and neither are good for combat/defensive use, but Wolf is safer for shooting at metal targets, as steel-jacketed bullets will have much stronger bounce-back, and have caused injuries when shot at steel targets at 50 yards and less.  If I wasn't shooting at steel, though, I'd choose the Barnual over Wolf.
