Need help. I want to dupicate the XM193 load at the reloading press. Would anyone know what the components are? Mainly looking for the correct powder and weight.  Thanks

According to the technical information in:
Army TM 43-0001-27
Army Ammunition Data Sheets
Small Caliber Ammunition
FSC 1305

the following information is provided:

Propellant: WC 844    28.5 gr.
           CMR 170   26.5 gr.

Projectile: Weight 56 gr.
Chamber pressure: 52,000 psi
Velocity:          3,250 fps, 15 ft from muzzle

This is strictly from the manual. I suggest you load light for initial trials, before using full loads. This informaion is for use in M16 and M16A1 rifles.
