I recently purchased a CMMG .22 conversion and after shooting the first 100rds or so I found what appears to be a seam or crack along the "chamber adapter".  It extends from the front of the adapter to the stepped up piece directly behind it.

My question, is this normal?

Sorry I don't have any pics.
