Sounds like your bolt is not coming all the way forward. You might try on of the Lakeside Machine springs.

A new stiff Ciener wants strong full power ammo such as CCI MINI MAGS for the break in period to get things slicked up . Hope this helps . Once you get the Ciener sorted out and running well you won't want to be without it . It is THE must have thing for an AR15 .

Thanks, I just remembered I was shooting subsonic ammo. to keep the noise down for the folks next door. I'll try full power stuff and let you know.

Thanks, I'm going send a lot of lead thru it tommorow, I'll try a bunch of different types and report back.

I finally shot some high velocity rounds through it and it shot fairly well. I had a couple of jams from the spent casings not ejecting properly. I think it also needs some break-in time.
