I've managed to snag a Colt 2 piece block with all the pins and such.  Is there anyone out there who can install this in a post ban lower?

You need to find somebody that has a 635 lower or similar, and have the hole locations loacted on a mill with a digital readout to show the "X" and "Y" locations, so fella doing yours can locate ZERO, then dial to the specific location and bore the holes in corect location.
