I am not sure if this is where to post these, but I am putting together a short series of videos reviewing the basics of anatomy, diagnosis and treatment of AR-15 malfunctions. The information is very basic to most AR15.com ers but might be useful to those in the early stages of BRD (Black Rifle Disease for the neophytes). I have at least one more to do to finish out the series.

These would be awesome for a new person before they assemble a new weapon.

Nice job dude!

Thanks for the comments. I went to our property (AKA Bullet Creek) and shot the third and final video in this series yesterday. I will work on editing today and should have it ready to upload tomorrow. It should posted on YouTube by Friday. In this last video I take the 4 primary "diseases" of the AR15 and address the "diagnoses and treatment" of each one. They are FTFire, FTExtract, FTEject, and FTFeed. Once again thanks for your comments, and I'll post the links as soon as the series is complete.

As a new victim of BRD, I found these videos very informative. Getting information on how the firearm works and how to diagnose malfunctions are a big aid.

Thanks!

Nice videos. I liked the detailed description of how firing control group functions. I've built lowers but never bothered to look at how it actually works.
