I have never seen this item before. Can anyone shed any light as to what it is, or used for ? Thank You

Not sure of the use, there is a CDA Inc. - a prototyping company in Canada? The packaging looks to be similar to magazine type.
Thinking it was marketed for naval use? but who knows.. Try contacting CDA? Maybe they can shed some light on it?

Sorry fellas, I swear I never saw that. Thanks for the Link. I think WeaponsMan is right about the Cage code. Likely why I've never seen one in 30 years
