BCM. Just bought their 14.5 Middy w/ a DD LITE 12" rail. Shoots like a dream. I've got an H2 buffer in there and it can shoot Wal-Fart Federal .223 55gr value pack ammo just fine.

Another +1 for BCM. They probably have every combination of barrels or uppers you could possibly want and at a good price too.
