Works fine with mine as well.  Its an apples and oranges issue with LT as they are very different designs.

There is no specific anti-rotation feature like a LaRue has but the screw heads would hit the receiver eventually.
The DD lite-rail clamps to the barrel nut.
The barrel nut can rotate if enough torque were applied to it.
The gas tube would get in the way and bind up quickly as well.

Of course, KAC, Armalite and DD M4 rails do not have anti-rotation features either and you don't hear about any of these barrel nuts coming loose.

The whole anti-rotation feature is over-rated.
Now, in LaRue's design, there are two seperate things going on.
There is the anti-rotation plate that stops rotation against the receiver, but more importantly is that the plate locks the lockring into place.
This is more important in my book than the feature keeping the whole thing from turning on the receiver.
Othe brands of handguards DO experience the lockring coming loose the first time they get them really hot.
