a bit more solid with a one piece tube, easier to install a two piece tube.

I think the only reason two-piece rails exist is to allow mounting of an M-203.

2 piece FF tube alot of the 2 piece railed forarms are not FF.
the YHM makes a 2 piece rail system but it is not a FF rail system It just replaces the handguard / just like the normal plastic ones Invisiblesoul |

The thread starter was quite specific about he was asking: the benifits of free floated rails, and wether two-piece designs had any advantages over one-piece units.

there are mounts or specific m203's that mount on railed freefloats but yeah, basically the reason why |
