Is anyone familiar with the problem with the lugs on the metal alloy bolts made by DPMS?  We are experiencing a problem with bolts "shattering" after firing several hundred rounds

I would call them for warranty replacement.

There have been reported cases posted on this forum about this. I can't remember specifics though
