Barrel Extension pictured is from Oberland Arms M5 carbine. If my memory serves me right I have seen barrel extension exactly like this in the past but I´m not sure were they made by KAC or LMT or both.
I´d really appreciate if someone could give me some more information in which kind of AR´s they were used. Thanks, MN

That's not an LMT.
LMT will have an "L" stamped at 9:00 if you are looking at the rear of the extension with the index pin at 12:00 and the feedramps at 5:00 and 7:00. LMT extensions have a square shape to the bottoms of the reliefs where the bolt lugs fit through. This picture shows an LMT M4 extension and a Rock River standard exxtension:
