how are the specs compared to a equal length 5.56 upper. wondering if performance would be better for the 7.62x39 . notice alot of krinks or shortie aks used by contractors . any information would be great. thinking down the road when mgi ak lowers come out. combined with and extra say 10.5 7.62x39 barrel. might be a good option to put in my kit .

I could run you some Quickload simulations and get you specific velocities you would get, just let me know more specifically what bullets and what barrel lengths to compare.
I can build you a custom barrel or upper as well.
