Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - EGW Customer Service Rocks!

I bought an EGW (Evolution Gun Works) Generation 2 comp to put on my (U.S. Air Force) GUU-5P (M16A1) Carbine while I'm here in the sandbox.  Yesterday I fired it for the second time with the comp, and the end plate (or plug, as they call it) went downrange.  I dunno if it was from a bullet strike or what, but it disappeared anyway.

I took a couple of pix and e-mailed them to EGW, along with a brief description of what happened.  They responded and simply asked for my mailing address, and said that they would replace it immediately, and at no cost.  No questions, no disclaimers, no BS!

Ya gotta love it!
