If you can only get one which will it be?

I have tried the DD7.0 and KAC FFRAS and like the feel of the DD over the KAC better bec of its narrow side to side length and weight, how does the LT rate? Does it  feel more like the DD or KAC?

And who likes the Barrel nut design of the LT?

Thank you all for your input!

I have both the LT and the DD 7.0s.  Finish wise, the finish on the LT is much more smooth and clean looking, but it is not a deep black color.  Looks like there's a slight hint of purpleness to it, in certain lighting and angles.  Where as, the DD is  black/dark dark gray.

They both are quality rails, and cant go wrong with either.

The LT is suppose to be heavier than the DD, by a ounce or 2, but honestly, you wont be able to tell the difference.

No other one piece FF rail system gives you an anti roll device. It is well known that the barrel/HG Nut will work themselves loose from the vibration of firing. Add to fact that the LT 7.0 is the cheapest 7.0 on the market and you have your self a CLEAR winner!

+1

If you ask me, the LT is in an entirely different class because of the anti roll device. While I'm sure the KAC and DD are top notch, they just aren't capable of what the Larue Tactical forends are capable of.

I own at least one rail system from each company, and I'd take the LaRue rail anyday of the week and twice on Sunday

As was stated above, and make no mistake about it, LaRue Tactical now OWNS the rail system market
