What would you say the weight difference is between a RRA Stainless Varminter 20" and a stainless NM barrel? Is the NM the same as a HBAR?

The NM will be the same as a HBAR, the RRA varminters are HEAVY!  For my SPRish varmint rifle I am working on I ordered a 20" no-ban flat top NM stainless upper. Decided on that after my friend setup a 20" SPRish rifle with the varminter barrel and it is heavier than I want it.
