hey, has anyone used the tango down vert grip with an arms sir system.  i've heard that the td vert grip doesn't fit on the bottom rail of the arms sir system without modification to the grip, because the rails are too big depth wise.  any help on how to make the grip work would be great.

I picked up one of the TD rails to replace the rail on the SIR... Worked great! Got it from Grant at G and R Tactical...

I heard this direct from a Tango Down rep 3 weeks ago. They stopped making the SIR adapter rail, so whatever is out there presently, is all there will be.

I'm using an ARMS 45M on the new upper for my MG. Is the Tango Down grip the only one with this issue? I was debating between that or a Deiter CQB.

c4 how does that rail work, is it go between the sir and the grip or does it replace the lower rail on the sir.  btw, how much is it too. thanks.

Why would they stop making a rail that is useful?

c4, is that an a.r.m.s. rail, or a tango down rail?  it does sound tempting, but i'm also considering filing the surface of the tango vert grip to make it fit.  i'm still expecting the rail in the mail, and if it looks like too much of a project i'll get back to you.  thanks for the quick info.

That's almost word for word what they said. There isn't a market for it.

The SIR bottom rail doesn't stand off enough. The Dieter will fit; I have one on my #59 SIR.

Well, I guess Dieter it is!!  Now I understand the problem - rail doesn't stand off enough. Thanks!!
