 I have found a 22LR upper Made by Victor in Spring TX,  anybody ever heard of them??  Are they any good.  What do they sell for. Any info would be great.

Before they went out of business, Victor was the importer for the CZ 22lr upper half that is now being brought in under the CZ name.  Mine works very well, especially with the modified mags that are now in-country.  Particularly likes Federal Lightning...definitely works best with it and other high velocity ammo.
