I have one of the 14.5 M4 barrels with the permanently attached brakes, my question is is it possible to get this thing off, by my self or by some one else, as I would like to put one of the Knights mid length ff tubes and a wilson brake or something similar anyways.

You only need to know 3 letters... KKF... his work is outstanding, his pricing is reasonable.  His reputation here on ARFcom is first-rate, my AR's go to nobody but Kurt...

I brought Kurt this piece of garbage AK,I asked the impossible,Kurt,please try and put this thing back together.Kurt totally tore it down to nothing,Rebuilt and refinised this AK.I SOLD it on Gunsamerica the day after getting it back for $650.Kurt has More ideas about New builds,redo's,etc,etc,than anyone I know,or have heard of.I've known Kurt for about 5 yrs.Like a Fine Wine..He just keeps getting better..
