Chamber is 5.56 (I believe)
Buuut.. I have a friend that shoots EVERYTHING through his... American Eagle, XM193, Q3131, Wolf... nary a hiccup. His is the unchromed barrel, fwiw. |

I have the older non-chromed version as well and it feeds anything I put through it. It's damn accurate too.

RRA uses Wilson barrels that I believe are the "Wylde" chamber, aka 223/5.56mm. I have an RRA upper (post ban) that shoots 223/5.56mm with no problems.

The M4 barrels from RRA/Wilson are true 5.56 chambers. The other barrels are the ones that are .223 Wylde. No need to fear, feed it any and all ammo that is near!

what he said, never had a problem with my RRA m4, get the chrome lined for 30 bucks and a few extra weeks wait it is well worth it!
and yes it is a true 5.56 chamber |

I have the postban M4 chrome-lined barrel.I have shot Barnaul out of it as well as Federal M855 and Winchester Q3131A.I have never had one failure to date with over 2000 rounds throught it so far.
