Does anyone make a chrome lined M4 barrelled flat-top complete upper with a gas block front sight base and a perm. attached muzzle brake? I'd like to avoid having to headspace if possible, so I'd prefer it to be test-fired as well.

Just have them install one of their BMAS 3-rail gas blocks before they put the muzzle brake on.
