Anyone know if Shaw barrels are chambered .223 or 5.56?

I have a M1S upper and they use ER Shaw bbls. Mine is  5.56. I remember reading that if you get a chrome lined chamber and bore then it will more than likely be a 5.56. Maybe try sending them an email or something just to make sure.
