The closest thing you'll find is the Samson FFS-B. Call Samson and tell them you want a picitiny gas block. They have plans for one on the backburner, they just need to be bugged enough to get them to do it. http://www.samson-mfg.com/mm5/graphics/00000001/ffsb.jpg |

JP Enterprises and YHM come to mind first. JP's is great as it allows for adjustment of the gas system.

i dont think any of those are pinned. you could have a gunsmith pin any block if you really had to. |

Off the top of my head, the only gas blocks are designed to be pinned,
(meaning that is the only/primary method of securing it from the factory) is the standard FSB the KAC folding front sight the GG&G folding front sight and the JNR gas block. (none of which are pic rail) However with some WECSOG you could pin a variety of gas blocks on the market, like the M1S, Armalite, or RRA. |

as long as they are set up to do fsb pins, they should be able to do it on anything. the new noveske ones are single pinned with set screws. the gas blocks on the beowulf uppers are pinned only, with rails. |

It's just a matter of drilling and reaming a hole that intersects the edge of the barrel. No big deal. It helps to use a steel gas block so that you are cutting similar types of metal otherwise the drill bit wanders towards the softer metal. It also helps to have a flat surface to start on. If you look at a closeup picture of how John Noveske does a LaRue block, you will see there is a little flat spot done first. No problem in a milling machine with a rigid clamped setup. |
