I really want one of the CMMG uppers but they are 1:7 twist and I have like 2500 rounds of 55 grain FMJ that I have left to shoot up and since 55 grain is the cheapest that is what I woul dlike to continue shooting. Those of you who have a rifle that is 1:7 how has 55 grain performed for you accuracy wise out to 100 yards?

CMMG 16” M4 A1 SOCOM Upper ordered! I cant wait to fit this thing to my lower and try it out!

If the barrel is made well and has a correct twist of 1:7", you'll have good results with any quality load using 50-90 grain bullets... At farther distances, excellent accuracy with 60 grain bullets and up...
