Thinking of getting one of these for my new build, where can I find them?

That's a VLTOR stock, the clubfoot model specifically, they are one of my favorites. You can find them all over the EE, either just the stock, or the entire kit(buffer tube, spring, buffer, etc). Search "Vltor" in the EE. Have fun with them!

Excellent choice!

Just remember that no matter what, you will need a mil-spec buffer tube.

Short answer, Mil-spec stocks are slightly smaller in OD due to the threads being rolled in, not cut.
Hence the stock ID is smaller than commercial stocks
