Hi new guy here.  I am going on a P-dog shoot next month and need something better that my standard AR's.  A buddy offered to sell me his Colt Match Target Competition HBar.  He has no idea on value, told me to give him a fair price.  Whats it worth?  And what Ammo do you all recommend for 200-300 yds.

Try the Win. USA 45 grain HP. They are SUPER accurate in my AR's, and provide plenty of "red mist"
