ok here are the ? 1 would a ar15 be a good build up to punch paper out to 700-meters yards i know there is a differance i would be buliding fror ground up .

or should i go bolt action route would like to bulid from ground up but finding cheaper and relibale actions is a pain so i may just buy remmy 700p and start there let me know what yall think

no answers to my delima i have one ar now wich a bushmaster modular and a remmy 700 with a timmey triger and 20x SWFA ss scope harries bipod and it is in a h-s stock needs trued but trying to burn current bbl out 1st sorry about bad spelling .
