Wrong forum, but all EA lowers are preban.

Raptor22, you're correct, I read this as Essential Arms. Eagle Arms can be preban but you have to call armalite and ask. |

A typical Factory Assembled Pre-Ban Eagle Arms Lower will have the eagle stamped in white on the front of the mag well...I had a pre-ban lower in the 17,000 serial number range....the only way to be sure is to contact Armalite.

Most of the Coal Valley marked receivers are preban.
