I want to put a BUIS on my precision AR.  It is a RRA 20 stainless H-bar fluted and free floated.  Ive also cryo treated the barrel.  A leupold 4.5-14 x 50 scope sits in an ARMS #35 QD mount with med height rings.  Which rear back up sight would you all reccomend for this application?

Either a Troy or a Matech would be nice but there are other good ones.

The KAC 600m is the ONLY choice for a precision AR build.

I don't know if the KAC 600m is the only choice, or even the best choice, but it is a mighty good choice.

BIG +1

Troy is a great backup sight for a carbine, you'll have a hard time dialing it at 600M with it.  Hooded rear sight, micrometer type design with clicks inbetween the range markings.
