Either send your midlength to ADCO to have it turned down, or have one of the custom tube makers, a la Noveske, make you one. That's the best you're gonna do for now.

That's another good question! Both the RRA and the Armalite were HBAR......both were really sweet....I couldn't decide on the Picatinny RRA with the built in rear sight ( NNNNnnniiiiiccceeeee! ) or the Armalite A2 midlength...... |

I'm not clear on the definition of mid-length barrels, but if you mean 16", then I believe Bushmaster has one and J&T Distributing also carries one. I believe they are both .625" in diameter.

Bushmaster does not make mid length gas system barrels. CMMG is the company that offers government profile mid length barrels. $250. They are 1/7 CL 5.56 barrels.

Say you want midlength, chrome-lined, M4 ramps and an "F" height front sight base, but that's not available in a lightweight? Well, companies like Adco or myself can fix that for you by turning down the barrel and refinishing it. I can also custom make you a barrel with ANY configuration of length, profile, twist and feedramps. |

Bravo Company is making a mid-length government profile, 1/7 chrome lined barrel. They are being made as we speak and are not yet available. There is a thread here someplace that describes them. And Grant is going to do a group buy on them when they come out.

Sabre defence makes a gov't profile midlength. It's lighter than my M4s.
ETA: it has feedramps as well. 1/7 twist I believe. |
