extactor yes, others- no. I wouldn't mess with the key unless it was absolutely neccessary!.

The extractor can get crusty and the little spring needs to be inspected so that is routine. I wouldn't mess with the key as you would eventualy stake it to death. I've never heard of a key going bad because it couldn't be maintained in place.

No need to touch a key unless its loose or wont lock up right tp the gas tube,wich can sometimes be the tubes fault.A pipe cleaner with clp does nicely.

Do not remove the key unless it is damaged. The bolts are staked and must be discarded if they are removed and replaced with new ones.
Do not remove the ejector unless it is damaged/degraded in some fashion, you should maintain it in place. The ejctor is cleaned by 'puddling' CLP around it on the bolt face ahd hooking a case under the extractor and working the ejector up and down by pivoting the case rim on the extractor. Repeat untill the crap coming out the ejector springs weep hole on the side of the bolt is mostly clear. |

The extractor should be removed for cleaning. Leave the ejector and key alone. |
