In my opinion they are:

1. Too expensive for the quality
2. Not FF (free floated) and get hot quick
3. Heavy
4. Not in-line with the top of the upper receiver
5. teh suck

I'll be replacing mine soon and putting it on the EE in the next couple weeks.

I like them.  EZ on and off with no permanent mods to the weapon.  Very solid.  Weight is 11 oz.  The top rail isn't even with the 1913 rail on the receiver, but that's no a problem for me.  Did notice that my TD VFG is a bit loose on this rail system.

If you shop around, you can get them in the $170 area.

I'm keeping the M73, but my next rail system will be the LaRue 7.0

M73 underneath TD panels.
