I have a Cav arms C1 butt stock, and I wanted to know if I could use a standard A1, or A2, sling swivel with it?

Also can I replace the butt plate assembly with one from an A1 or A2 stock?

yes, you can replace the butt pad assembly from the A2.  I did that to my C1 stock as well.
