I just bought a couple of uppers, that were slightly used.  One of them, a 20" govt profile, is slightly off color on the upper reciever.  Is there a relatively inexpensive way to get that black again?

If it was for me, it wouldnt be a problem.  A friend and I went in together and bought two used uppers, he is just waiting on his lower to arrive.  I put his upper on one of my lowers when it got here, and he expressed concern about the color difference.

Thanks in advance.
