Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Gas Block Problems?

I have an AR the has a 4 sided Picatiny rail on it. It mounts with two set screws that I can not seem to get tight.....I have not been able to fire the gun and have it eject.  The bolt does not cycle back when fired. My barrel has not notches to pin the block on. This is a Bushmaster AR. Any help with this would be great...Thanks...
