Is there anything I can do to an existing magazine (i.e. 20 rnd G.I.) that will allow me to load longer   O.A.L rounds in it? I'm reloading 68gr Starke's and they are too long for the magazine. Pics and/or links are always a plus.

Thanks for your time

Not to my knowledge. DPMS offers a single stack mag that high power shooters use for their longer rounds, IIRC.

You have to install a modified mag catch for this I believe.

you can get Dehlrin or aluminum mag followers that replace the normal mag follower and allows single round loading of the longer length bullets. look in High power shooter catologs like
www.creedmoorsports.com
or www.sinclair .com

they run about $10.
