Hey fellow gun lovers.  I already have several handguns (2 Beretta's, Walther P22, S&W .44 629, Kimber TLE/RL II, DE .50 TCN) but I am taking the plunge and am going to get a Bushmaster 16in M4.  Apparently, it comes with a 16in barrel and A2 birdcage flashhider which is removable (correct me if I am wrong).  I would also like to get another flashhider for it but I am not sure which is best.  How would you rank these flashhiders:  A.  Phantom 5 port flashhider, B. Bushmaster Izzy Brake, C.  Y-Comp Muzzle Brake, D.  Extended Car-15 flash suppressor?  Thanks for your info and imput!

Thee only one in your list to seriously consider is the Phantom. The Vortex should be on that list, its the equal of the phantom.

Phantom is made by Yankee Hill Machine.

Vortex is made by Smith Enterprises.

Price should be very similar.

They are exactly the same thing. Yankee hill makes them FOR Bushmaster. Yankee Hill (and their dealers) also sell them.
