I have a crush washer for my newly threaded barrel and A2 flashider.  I want to make sure the A2 indexes properly before I tighten.  Any tips?  Do I need lock tite on the threads?  Also, which side of the washer goes towards the crown, the "inverted" or "concave" side?

Quick help would be appreciated. I've got it on the work bench right now.

Thanks,
bd

-- No Loctite needed.
-- Concaved side toward the crown/flash hider.
-- Convexed side toward the FSB.

To properly index your new flash suppressor, you may find that you need a set of barrel blocks for your vice if you don't already own a set.
