When I was looking at the RRA website, the uppers are listed as chamber in .223/5.56 NATO. Well, which is it? I've ordered the Tactical Entry upper so I'm confused as to which it is.

it is a new 223/556 chaber, also will fire 50 cal, and 308

lol! ... the 223/556 chamber wil shoot both rounds... a 223 chamber can't shoot a 556... but a 556 can shoot both... so its really a 556 |

Standard RRA barrels are chambered for 5.56mm NATO but also safe to fire .223.
The varmint barrels are chambered for .223 wylde. The progression from tightest to loosest: .223 rem 5.56 Match (some) .223 wylde 5.56 NATO |

When I asked about 2 years ago RRA tech support told me that all 20" barrels are .223 Wylde and all 16" (including varmint and SS bbls) are 5.56 NATO chambers. The ".223/5.56" in the catalog probably means that the guy making up the catalog doesn't have a clue that they're not the same.
