You could try Adco. They can thread the barrel for $56 and then the phantom is another $24 or so from Denny. They also have a "Swap Phantom: onto barrel currently w/brake or FFH $85.00" deal which I believe includes the phantom. The price would be the same as the one you quoted minus discount.

Had Steve at ADCO turn my BM HBAR to a M4 profile and that thing is a blast to shoot and very accurate.
