I sure do hope that Democrats in the Senate do not see the upcoming vote against the AWB as an opportunity to seek retaliation for their bitter loss on the Medicare bill to Republicans. I hope they do not get a "You won last time but not this time" attitude.

However, if they do vote for the AWB in September, they will be looking for new jobs in November.

You could see that kind of attitude with the upcoming debate in the Senate over the bill offering protection for the gun industry.


The true anti-gun dems would vote for a new AWB no matter what else goes on.
