I noticed in Shotgun News that Joeken firearms in AZ has AR uppers set up for 9x19mm.  I'd like to get an A2 9mm upper and the ones that they sell takes sten mags which is even better because of the low cost of the mags. Question is, are these uppers any good?  Does anyone have one? The A2's are going for $450 complete, sounds like a good price but it'd have to be back ordered, does anyone else make a complete 9mm upper for around the same price that I'd not have to back order?  Thanks for the help.

WOW, interesting thread.  Thanks for the heads up. Guess I'll look else where. What about the RRA's. I noticed that the 9mm uppers are going for around $450 there also, does that include the bolt assembly?  I know  I'd have to get a mag block(another $150) and use modified Uzi mags(not a problem, I used to be do machine work and I have a dremel tool). So going with RRA I'd be looking at around $600 to get everything set up to shoot 9's.  I'm starting to think I'd be better off selling my lower and just buying a Yugo SKS on my C&R and call it a day.  If I didn't love guns so much I could really hate them.
